19th June, Tuesday

WORKSHOP 1
Structuring Creative Process to
Develop Value Added Services

Emerging sources of competiion, disruptive technologies and new business models are some of the new realities a wireless service provider faces today. Declining revenues from voice combined with the new realities are accelerating the drive to seek new sources of revenue and innovative ways to differentiate. Executives understand this process is critical for a successful new product and through lack of experience; the involved teams can diminish the revenue potential from it. This workshop is focused on addressing these challenges through case studies of successful attempts. Each session will attempt to present a situation, challenge, potential strategic options, solution adopted and results where applicable.

Discuss the creative process for a new VAS or product, understand and avoid its pitfalls and
design the ideal steps to reach success and profit.

Changes in the Programme

IBC's commitment is to provide delegates with the opportunity to discuss issues, topics and cases of interest presented by experienced speakers. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. Should a speaker be unable to make a scheduled presentation, IBC will do everything in its power to replace the absent speaker by another one who is able to address the same topic. This effort, however, is not a guarantee that there will be a substitute speaker.
