Develop Value Added Services
Emerging sources of competiion, disruptive technologies and new business models are some of the new realities a wireless service provider faces today. Declining revenues from voice combined with the new realities are accelerating the drive to seek new sources of revenue and innovative ways to differentiate. Executives understand this process is critical for a successful new product and through lack of experience; the involved teams can diminish the revenue potential from it. This workshop is focused on addressing these challenges through case studies of successful attempts. Each session will attempt to present a situation, challenge, potential strategic options, solution adopted and results where applicable.
